I've owned this for awhile now and it performs flawlessly - wish I could say the same about the cable company. Big improvement over prior eicon modem which gave me nothing but trouble. Very easy to install, no conflicts, drops or other irritations. Re-set is very simple and very satisified. Running phones via VOIP and internet with wireless desktop and other misc all around without incident. Highly recommend.
